Cozy Reader
Cozy Reader is an anthology of short but powerful scenarios intended to be read slowly and savored. There is no tension in this book. Instead, each scene explores extreme comfort, relaxation, safety, and togetherness. The reader should be able to sink into the settings and benefit from the feelings within.

*Petals & Punches is the working title for this piece.
Since the incident, Bethany's parents worry that she's not trying to settle down. Worse, she may be trying to run them off, what with her shorn hair, casual dress, and insistence on being called Bet.
Bet is too busy finding herself to be much bothered with their concerns. Plus, she's too busy anyway! Her plate is full between working full-time as a florist's assistant, part-time as a vegan baker, and taking classes at Noble Martial Arts!
When she gets closer to the lead teacher, Ted, she becomes accidentally embroiled in a longtime rivalry between him and black belt Cooper. If that wasn't dramatic enough (in her humble opinion), Noble's future may depend on her help!
